Swakopmund is a coastal adventure and resort town in western Namibia, located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Namib Desert.

Inspired by the iconic Woermannhaus in Swakopmund, Namibia, whose distinctive German architectural style stands out among the surrounding buildings, this proposal introduces a recognizable landmark that gives the neighbourhood its own identity.
